A few simple rules keep every Maison Royale stay calm, clean and private, for you and for our neighbours.
Arrival
Check-in & check-out.
- Check-in from 2:00 PMOur co-host meets you at the apartment with the keys and lift card.
- Check-out by 12:00 PMLeave the keys with the co-host or as arranged on WhatsApp.
- CNIC or passportEvery guest shows a valid ID at check-in.
- Guests2 guests per apartment. Maison Eden welcomes up to 4.
Please respect
During your stay.
- No cookingThe oven is for warming food only.
- No parties or eventsKeep music and voices low, especially at night.
- No smoking indoorsPlease smoke outside the building.
- No petsUnless approved by us in advance.
- No overnight visitorsUnless approved by us in advance.

Booking & payment.
- 1 · Send a requestChoose dates and send your request. No payment on the website.
- 2 · Dates held 2 hoursWe hold the apartment for 2 hours and message you on WhatsApp.
- 3 · Pay 50% advanceBank transfer to our UBL account, or JazzCash / Easypaisa using the IBAN.
- 4 · Balance at check-inThe remaining 50% is paid when you arrive.
Sunday to Thursday nights use the weekday rate. Friday and Saturday nights use the weekend rate.
